Azerbaijani collected team successfully started to join the World Childrens Chess Olympiad, held in Turkey.
In the first round, the team defeated Syria, with score of 4:0, Trend reports.
The competition bring together record number of countries twenty four teams from twenty one states including Australia, China, Georgia, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Korea, South Africa, Singapore, India, Switzerland, Turkmenistan, Tunis, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Syria, Sweden, Iran, Iraq and Kenya. Turkey presented three teams.
