BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 19. Minister of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mikayil Jabbarov held a meeting with Federal Minister for Privatization, Investment and Communications of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Abdul Aleem Khan within COP29 in Azerbaijan's Baku, Trend reports via Azerbaijan's Ministry of Economy.
In the thick of discussions, the fruitful blossoming of Azerbaijani-Pakistani relations, rooted in friendship and brotherhood, was brought to the forefront. Discussions centered around enhancing synergies in the trade and investment landscape while fortifying connections among the business ecosystems of both nations.
The discussion highlighted potential chances for collaborative initiatives with Pakistan in the sectors of energy, industry, transport, tourism, and additional fields. It was emphasized that effective utilization of this potential is of great importance for deepening the investment and trade partnership.
The parties also engaged in dynamic dialogue regarding additional topics on the agenda of collaborative synergy.
