BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 19. Azerbaijan Railways CJSC and Swiss company Stadler Rail Group have inked a strategic agreement to launch an innovative Training and Development Center in the vibrant city of Baku, Azerbaijan, Trend reports.
The Center, which Stadler will foot the bill for, is set to hit the ground running in 2027. It will be a stepping stone for the development of human resources in the railway sector, helping to nip the risk of a shortage of specialists in the bud. It will also whip drivers into shape to handle the Stadler trains cruising through the region.
To note, the training and development center was established by leveraging insights from the innovative practices implemented in Germany, Türkiye, and Spain, utilizing optimal methodologies as a foundational framework.
