Azerbaijan, Baku, 15 January / Trend corr.U.Ismaylova / The average cost of one square metre of living space in the first property market of Baku rose by 49% in Baku in December 2007, the Participants of the property market reported.
The portfolio of the first market decreased in December. The construction of some premises was limited, because of a reduction in demand for newly constructed buildings observed in August after the collapse of a 16-storey building in Baku.
According to the Labour Inspection at the Labour and Social Protection Fund, over 800 buildings have been constructed in Baku.
