Azerbaijan, Baku, 29 February / Trend corr. U.Ismailova / The average price for apartments in Baku in January totalled $106,283, the public organization 'Participants of property market', reported. The average price per sq m of property made up $1,515, and apartment totaled $41,195 in January.
The most part of the property portfolio was apartments in Yasamal District of Baku, which made up 21.7% of the total portfolio of property in Baku.
Over 30% of the proposal portfolio was made up of apartments in the cost from $80,000 to $100,000. The share of a three-bedroomed apartment in the portfolio comprised 37.6% and two-bedroomed 34.3%.
