Russian Itera Oil and Gas Company (OGC) has announced an international technical tender in Turkmenistan.
The subject of the tender is the provision of a drilling platform and services for drilling wells in the contract area of Block 21 in the Turkmen sector of the Caspian Sea.
The drilling platform should be equipped with a bottom hole motor for carrying out drilling, as well as directional drilling systems in rotary mode for mine shafts from 26" to 8 ¼" inches.
In addition, the drilling rig must be equipped with equipment for the interval standardized coring and wellbore enlargement, have all the tools and related equipment necessary for rendering the mentioned services. The drilling rig should have a weight-carrying ability of at least 550 tons and must be meant for at least 7000-7300 meters depth of drilling.
The time-frame of the work covers 2014-2015.
