In July 2018, average cost per square meter of secondary housing in Tashkent was $620, which is 1.64 percent more than in June 2018 ($610), Uzbek Credo Max Estimation company stated in its review on Aug. 24.
According to the information, cost of apartments in brick houses increased by 2 percent to $658 as of July 2018, in panel houses – by 1 percent to $593.
Average cost of a square meter of real estate by number of rooms was as following: for one-room apartments – $623 (+1 percent), two-room apartments – $609 (+2 percent), three-room apartments – $622 (+2 percent), for apartments with four or more rooms – $632 (no changes).
