The president of State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic Rovnag Abdullayev received the Ukrainian delegation that included the representatives of Ukrtransnafta and Ukrnaftan, as well as Polish specialists jointly functioning with Ukrainians within the grant
of the European Union, Trend reports.
The representatives of the Ukrainian delegation provided information about lengthening of Odessa-Brod to Plosk of Polish. Besides, the Ukrainian representatives expressed their interest in creating a joint enterprise with Azerbaijan that will realize oil refinery.
According to the president of SOCAR, Azerbaijan is interested in establishing alternative canals to deliver its oil to European market. From this point of view, the prospects of Odessa-Brod-Plosk pipeline may be considered. In this project, of the European Unions support to Azerbaijan may appear as positive aspects, told Abdullayev.
