Operations on creation of E-document turnover system completed in head department of penal service of the Azerbaijani ministry of justice, Azerin company director general told Trend (integrator of the system) Galib Gurbanov said.
Realization of the project is directed to creation of complex automated system of E-document turnover. Basis of realized document is introduction of E-document turnover system and staff program. Use of data base governance system in creation of E-document turnover system will allow providing automation of governance processes shortly.
Introduction of E-document turnover system will allow to solving automation of hard procedures of document turnover, reduce term and increase quality of different documents elaboration, as well as render operative access to heads of different levels and employees of ministries to information.
