The Communication and Information Technologies Ministry put 66,000 telephone numbers into exploitation and invested around $14m in this period.
The Ministry plans to invest 96.5bn manats ($20.32m) in the telecommunication sphere of Azerbaijan and render 670.1bn manats ($141.13m) services, as well as transfer 100bn manats ($21,057m) to the public budget in 2005.
