( Mobile ) - HTC announced that the Asian sales of HTC Touch communicator would be launched in Taiwan: it will start from Chunghwa Telecom in mid June. The device is powered by Windows Mobile 6 Professional. Its TouchFLO interface enables finger control instead of the stylus.
HTC Touch features a 2.8" touchscreen display (240x320 pixels, 65K colors), 64 MB RAM, 128 MB ROM, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, Bluetooth 2.0 and a 2-megapixel camera. The price makes up 15900 Taiwanese dollars (about 480 USD). The sales in the US are scheduled for the end of 2007.
