A rally is being held in the southern capital of Kyrgyzstan. The information comes from the press service of the City Hall of Osh city, news agency "24.kg" reported.
Reportedly, there came 70-100 people, who want to restore Melis Myrzakmatov in office.
"Allegedly, someone told people that the mayor of the city of Osh was dismissed from the post. People have come to challenge this decision. But we officially declare that no such orders have been received. Melis Myrzakmatov went to the city of Bishkek to take part in the meeting of the government," the press-service informs.
According to authorized Ombudsman for the southern capital Nazariddin Bakirov, people want to see Melis Myrzakmatov. "Over 300 people already came there," he said.
