The revenues of Turkmenistan’s state budget for ten months of 2017 amounted to 17.2 billion manats, while the expenditures amounted to 17.1 billion manats, said the Turkmen government in a message Nov. 2.
“Salaries, state allowances, pensions and student scholarships have been timely and fully paid,” said the message.
Under the Law on state budget for 2017, adopted by the Turkmen parliament, the state budget revenues will total 103.57 billion manats, and expenditures – 104.87 billion manats.
The official exchange rate of the Turkmen manat against US dollar has remained unchanged since January 2015 ($1 = 3.5 Turkmen manats).
