(www.cihannews.com ) вЂ" Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert will arrive in Turkey on Thursday for a two-day official visit at the invitation of Turkish Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul, said a statement from PM's Press office.
Visiting premier Olmert is scheduled to meet his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul to discuss the Palestinian issue and the latest developments in the Middle East, including Israeli-Syrian relations, reports Trend.
Olmert will also be received by President Ahmet Necdet Sezer during his visit.
Olmert will travel to Turkey on February 14 for an official visit, a spokeswoman from his office said in a previous statement.
The beginning of the visit was shifted probably because Prime Minister Erdogan will travel to Turkmenistan to attend the swear-in ceremony of the newly elected president of the Central Asian country.
