Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili left for Japan on a working visit, Trend reports referring to the president’s press office.
In Tokyo, Zourabichvili, along with other heads of state and dignitaries, will attend the enthronement ceremony of Japanese Emperor Naruhito.
Within the visit, the president of Georgia will held meetings with senior officials of Japan, as well as bilateral meetings with leaders of different countries.
As reported, Zourabichvili will also meet with representatives of Georgian diaspora in Japan and with the famous sumo wrestler Levan Gorgadze-Tochinoshin.
The president of Georgia will complete her working visit to Japan on October 25.
