The Transitional National Council (TNC) said Monday that Mahmoud Jibril, who has been acting as Libya's de facto prime minister and foreign affairs minister on behalf of the rebels, would keep the two posts in the country's new interim government, DPA reported.
Ali Tarhouni was appointed oil and finance minister, but the oil portfolio will return to the National Oil Company during the coming week, TNC head Mustafa Abdul Jalil said.
