Azerbaijan and Turkey signed six documents March 15 in Ankara after the fifth meeting of the Turkey-Azerbaijan High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council.

The signing ceremony took place with participation of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

President Ilham Aliyev and President Recep Tayyip Erdogan signed the "Protocol of the fifth meeting of the High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Turkey."

Azerbaijan's Ambassador to Turkey Faig Baghirov and the Turkish Armed Forces General Staff's chief for personnel, Lieutenant General Ilhan Talu signed the "Protocol between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Turkey on exchange of the military/civilian personnel for social and cultural purposes."

Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov and his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu signed the "Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Turkey on the paid employment of family members of employees of the diplomatic missions and consulates."

Azerbaijani Deputy Prime Minister Abid Sharifov and Turkish Interior Minister Efkan Ala signed the "Agreement between the Justice Ministry of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Interior Ministry of the Republic of Turkey on the cooperation in the sphere of forensic examination."

Abid Sharifov and Efkan Ala signed the "Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Turkey on mutual recognition and replacement of driving licenses."

Abid Sharifov and Turkey's Deputy Prime Minister Yalcin Akdogan signed the "Protocol between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Turkey on technical cooperation."
