(IRNA) The Azerbaijan’s Defense Minister Safar Abiyev send a letter of congratulations to the brigadier general Mostafa Mohammed-Nadjar on his appointment the Defense Minister (DM) of the Islamic Republic of Iran (IRI). In his message general-colonel Safar Abiyev expresses hope that “friendly and fraternal mutual relations of Iran and Azerbaijan will deepen further”, Trend reports, citing the information of the Chief Department of the Defense Propaganda of IRI DM.
