A member of Directors Board of Azerbaijan’s Financial Market Supervisory Body Ilgar Muradov has been appointed chairman of Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund’s (ADIF) Trustees Board, ADIF message said July 29.
It should be noted that serious changes took place at ADIF in early July. Chairman of Supervisory Board of Azerbaijan’s Unibank Eldar Garibov, Director General of Azerbaijan’s Central Bank (CBA) Rashad Orujov, Director of Legal Department at CBA Rena Malikova and Director of Treasury Department at Azerbaijan’s AGBank Isi Mustafayev left the ADIF Board of Trustees.
The member of Directors Board of Azerbaijan’s Financial Market Supervisory Body Ilgar Muradov, Head of Strategic Analysis and Risk Management Department of the Financial Market Supervisory Body and the acting director of Strategic Services Department Asim Zulfugarov, Director of Macroeconomic Research Department at CBA Shaig Adigozalov and Chairman of Azerbaijani Kapital Bank’s Supervisory Board Jalal Gasimov got appointed to the mentioned positions.
Chairman of Management Board at the International Bank of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadov, head of the Finance Ministry’s financial and insurance market regulation department Ziyaddin Allahverdiyev and head of Economy Ministry’s planning and forecasting department Yalchin Azizov are also represented at the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund’s (ADIF) Trustees Board.
ADIF began to operate on August 13, 2007 in Azerbaijan.
