Today, Al-Kuwait launched the 7th congress of the Arab media organized by the Kuwaiti Information Ministry and the International Arab Media Forum.
Leadership and journalists of the leading mass media providing information in the Arabic language attend the event. International News Agency (AMI) TREND is represented at the forum by AMI TREND Middle East and Arab countries Desk Head Rufiz Hafizoglu.
Kuwaiti oil minister, as well as many officials attended the opening of the Congress. The event aims at providing the Arab media outlets with all the modern means.
The Congress discussed attaching attention to the development of the Arab media outlets. It was said that currently, the media outlets are an integral part of our life.
Then, Secretary-General of the International Arab Media Forum Mathi Al-Khamis told about the successful path of the Media Forum from the date of establishment to the present day.
A number of journalists and state figures, who achieved success in journalism, literature and other spheres, were awarded gifts of the Arab Media Forum.
