Azerbaijan, Baku, 11 April / Trend corr. K.Ramazanova / NATO Evaluating Mission on the Individual Partnership Action Plan (IPAP) on cooperation between Azerbaijan and NATO will tour Baku from 21 to 25 April, NATO central office reported on 11 April.
The Mission unites experts and implements visits to countries to assess the IPAP.
From 4 to 8 April the NATO Mission paid a visit to Armenia headed by Jaroslaw Skonieczka, who is head of the Euro Atlantic Integration and Partnership Directorate at the NATO Department on Political and Security Issues.
Azerbaijan submitted the action plan on individual partnership to NATO structures in 2004. By the order of Azerbaijani President, the measures included in the plan have since been implemented in Azerbaijan.
Under the NATO IPAP annually 1,000 soldiers from Azerbaijan participate in more than 300 alliances and NATO hold 6 or 8 in Azerbaijan per year.
