A suspected person arrested in Baku due to murder charge.
On April 17, Vikolsky Igor Egorovich, 48, was found killed in Shirvan Bahram Azizoglu's country house in Goradil, the Central Police Station reported to Trend .
Previously convicted Bayramov Ulfat Vahidoglu was arrested as the result of the operation held by policemen of the Binagadi Police Office 4.
