Novruz holiday activities are held in Tovuz region of Azerbaijan.
The holiday activities were held at the central square of the region with the participation of Tovuz's community. A holiday table was covered for employees of departments and organizations of the region.
The event was attended by MPs Ganira Pashayeva, Havva Mammadova, executive power head Tofig Zeynalov. They congratulated the people of the region.
Then an interesting performance was held with participation of traditional characters Kosa, Kechel and Bahar gizi.
The holiday activities were continued in a military unit, where was set a holiday table for soldiers with the participation of MPs.
MPs congratulated the officers and soldiers on Novruz holiday and expressed their satisfaction on having a holiday with soldiers, meeting with them, noting that it is a moral duty of every citizen.
Pashayeva presented gifts to soldiers and officers who distinguished in their services, noting that the meeting a holiday in the army makes it more memorable.
MPs had dinner with the soldiers.
MPs will meet with soldiers of military units, located on the frontline forces of Tovuz tomorrow.
Next holiday activity will be held in Tovuz region March 22.
