Efforts to build free and stable Afghanistan to the south of your country will lead to expanding of trade and economic activity between your states. You may rely on friendship and good will of American people, it is said in the letter, reports Trend.
It is worth reminding that US Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld arrived in Tajikistan with two-day visit, during which he met with Tajikistan President Emomali Rakhmonov.
