Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. К.Zarbaliyeva / The Public Committee at the Azerbaijani Justice Ministry submitted proposals concerning correction and education of condemned.
Libraries will be established in prisons, as well as trainings on human rights and freedom is planning to implement, Sahib Mammadov, the Public Committee coordinator, said.
According to Sahib, the Committee will meet on 27 November.
The key issues of the Committee directed to implement monitorings and control over Penal Services. The Committee is also planning to propose to inject changes in the legislation.
The first monitoring will be held in the correction prison 1 in the near future.
The Committee visited 19 prisons for 2007.
