Azerbaijan, Baku, 1 July /corr. Trend R.Ergun / Inter, the Azerbaijani football club and the last winner of the Azerbaijani Premier League, will contest with Rabotnichki, a Macedonian football club, at the first stage of the Champions League, and it was known after the casting for the Champions League held in Nion, a Swiss city.
The first match will be held in Baku on 15 or 16 July. Should Inter defeats the Macedonian club, it will have to rival Partizan, the Serbian football club, at the second stage of the Champions League. So far, no Azerbaijani football club has a match with the Macedonian clubs in the Champions League.
