Azerbaijan, Baku, 10 June / Trend corr. M.Aliyev / The Azerbaijani-Korean Railway Cooperation Conference will be held in Baku from 30 to 31 June, Kim So Yong, Head of the Construction and Transport Department at the Korean Embassy in Azerbaijan, stated on 10 June.
"The conference will be held from 30 to 31 June. Two issues will be discussed in the meeting. The first is to present and discuss the speed railway from Baku to the Georgian border. The second is to create the system to manage the railway movement," Kim said.
The Azerbaijani State Railway and Korean Railway signed a memorandum on mutual understanding in May 2008. The document envisaged the mutual development of railways, as well as to form a mutual cooperation within the framework of the common interests.
