Azerbaijan, Baku, 29 July / Trend corr. U.Ismayilova / The most expensive land plot was sold in the Narimanov District of Baku for $257,100 and cheaper $300 per 10 square metres in the Garadag District, the public organization 'Participants of real estate', reported.
In June, the average price per 1 square metre increased by 0.7% against May and touched $25,648. The exposition term for land plots has climbs up by 3.1%.
In June, some 74.7% of 638 hectares of lands in the market made up empty plots.
