In January-September, Azerbaijan registered about 65,639 facilities of real estate, the state property committee said. About 22,550 of 65, 639 facilities of real estate passed registration initially and 43,090- at the second,12,140 facilities are private residential and country houses, 25,140 - flat, 22,400- plots 3, 290- non-residential areas, 291 - property complexes, 6 - multi-storey houses and 365 - plots perennial crops, the report said.
Moreover, during this period, 9,936,000 mortgage contracts and 529 contracts for rental property passed registration.
In January to September, 63,426,000 of technical passports for the facilities of real estate and 41.597,000 acts of verification were issued.
During this period, individuals were given 45,540 references on the limitation and 17,983,000 references to the population.
In January-September, the committee received 3593,900 manat as payment for services and 6486,600 manat for rendered services.
