The total amount of money transferred through the International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) via all money transfer systems in Jan.-Feb. amounted to 13.19 million manat, the IBA said. The country received 11.9 million manat via 19,055 money transfer systems. Roughly 1.29 million manat were transferred via 1,469 money transfer systems.
At present, IBA works with CONTACT, CoinStar, Xpress Money, IBA Express, BLİZKO and Western Union.
The total volume of money transferred to Azerbaijan through IBA amounted to 96.56 million manat in 2010. Roughly 8.31 million manat were transferred out of the country.
Roughly 17.78 million manat was transferred into Azerbaijan in the first quarter of 2010 and roughly 1.74 million manat was transferred out of the country. Roughly 24.65 million manat were transferred into the country during the second quarter and roughly 2.07 million manat were transported out of the country. Roughly 29.69 million manat were transferred into the country in the third quarter, roughly 1.96 million manat were transferred out of the country. Roughly 24.44 million manat were transferred into the country in the fourth quarter, roughly 2.54 million manat were transferred out of the country.
Roughly 81.237 million manat were transferred into Azerbaijan in 2009, roughly 6.09 million manat were transferred out of the country.
Roughly 14.92 million manat were transferred to Azerbaijan in the first quarter of 2009, roughly 944,190 manat were transferred out of the country. Roughly 20.62 million manat were transferred into the country in the second quarter, roughly 1.51 million manat were transferred out of the country. Roughly 23.66 million manat were transferred into the country in the third quarter, roughly 1.86 million manat were transferred out of the country. Roughly 22.037 million manat were transferred to the country in the fourth quarter, 1.78 million manat were transferred out of the country.
