Following its commissioning, 85 people gained employment, and according to plans, this number is expected to increase to 150 by 2026.

The plant operates seven production lines manufacturing seven types of confectionery, all of which are aimed at import substitution.

The "Shokhasar" facility includes five buildings: two production workshops, a raw materials warehouse, a finished goods warehouse, and an administrative building.

Women make up 60 percent of the workforce, and the plant's production capacity reaches 800 tons of confectionery products per year.
