BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 25. A dedicated call center is scheduled to begin operations in November in preparation for COP29, Head of the Visitor Services Department of the COP29 Operational Company Ilkin Javadov said in a statement to the media, Trend reports.
He drove home the point that this initiative is groundbreaking first for COP events.
"The special call center will be setup just for this event. This will allow COP29 participants and visitors to our city to obtain straight information regarding any inquiries about the activities," Javadov said.
