BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 24. The number of employees in the banking sector as of September 30 of this year in Azerbaijan has been revealed.
The data obtained by Trend from the Central Bank of Azerbaijan indicates that this figure increased by 0.7 percent, or by 173 people, and amounted to 24,696 people.
As of September 30, 2024, 22 banks had 482 branches, 88 divisions and 3,140 ATMs.
