The State Property Committee of Azerbaijan has announced an investment competition for sale of the Central Sports Complex in Salyan city, the Mulkiyyet newspaper reported on Tuesday.
The competition is open to physical and legal entities of Azerbaijan and foreign investors.
Applicants must submit an investment program with proposals on efficient use of the facility.
Applicants must also submit a bank guarantee for five percent of the value of the investment proposal, and proposals to transfer 100,000 manat to the state budget.
Sale price of the sport complex is 109,595 manat.
Applicants can get familiarized with the requirements of the competition, privatization plan and get more information from 10:00 to 17:30 until June 18, 2012 at the State Property Committee, Room 810 at the address: Baku, St. Y. Safarov, 20.
