Pasa Sıgorta, which is the most capitalized one in the country, became the leader among the Azerbaijani insurance companies in 2011 in terms of assets worth 44.19 million manat.
Three leaders of the market include AzSığorta company (34 million manat) and Xalq Sıgorta (31.36 million manat).
The reinsurance company has the largest amount of assets (48.98 million manat) in the insurance sector in the country.
Royal Sıgorta company has started operating only in late 2011, so there are no financial indices of this company.
The official exchange rate is 0.7859 AZN/USD on May 11.
