Inflation in Kyrgyzstan in August amounted to 1.1 percent compared to December, 2012, KyrTAG reported on Tuesday with reference to Kyrgyzstan's statistics committee.
According to the report, the factor, controlling the inflation is a decrease in consumer prices for bakery products and croup by 1.4 percent and vegetables by 12.8 percent.
In Batken and Talass oblasts, prices on consumer goods are decreasing, while in Osh oblast, a low increase of consumer prices and tarrifs is still observed, compared to December, 2012.
