The Azerbaijani population's revenues increased by eight percent in 2013 compared to 2012 and hit 37.6 billion manat.

The Azerbaijani population's revenues increased by eight percent in 2013 compared to 2012 and hit 37.6 billion manat, the country's State Statistics Committee said in its report.

According to the report, the income per capita in Azerbaijan hit 4039.6 manat per year or 336.6 manat per month during the reporting period. The increase in income per capita was 6.6 percent.

During the reporting period, around 64.3 percent of revenues were spent for final consumption, 8.3 percent - payment of taxes, social insurance contributions and membership fees, 25.6 percent - for increase of savings and capital and 1.8 percent - for interest payment on loans.

The revenue at the population's disposal hit 34.5 billion manat increasing by eight percent compared to 2012.

The official exchange rate on Jan.26 is 0.7843 AZN/USD.
