Turkmenistan's Ministry of Industry has announced an international tender to design and construct a cement plant.
It is planned to construct the cement plant with the capacity of 1 million metric tons of cement per year in Koytendag district of Turkmenistan's Lebap province.
Companies with the ability to fully finance the project or draw credit funds of foreign banks are invited to participate in the tender.
The participation fee for the tender is $5,000 or its equivalent in TMT.
The packages of tender documents will be received in two envelopes. The first envelope with commercial bids includes only the pricing specifications, while the second envelope with technical bids includes all the remaining required documents.
The tender bids will be received till March 9, 2015.
