Rattan, Azerbaijani manufacturer of wicker country furniture, plans to export products to Europe, the company's director Nusrat Abdullayev told Trend.
According to him, export to Europe is envisaged in the medium term.
"We are planning to start exporting at the beginning of next year. We are currently negotiating with potential partners in Europe. At the moment, the main buyer of our products is Russia, so we have a fairly strong customer base. By the end of the year, we will increase our exports to neighboring Georgia, as well as to Asian markets," said the director.
He noted that the company produces stylish furniture made of artificial rattan.
"Today, we are the only company in the country that manually produces a large range of country furniture," Abdullayev added.
