Some 0.5 million tons of gasoline, including aviation fuel, was produced in Kazakhstan in January-February 2012, the Statistics Agency said on Monday.
"This is 34.5 percent more than the same period of last year," the Agency said.
At present, three major oil refineries - Pavlodar, Atyrau and Shymkent - operate in Kazakhstan.
