The Tax Administration of ministry of Finance and economy of Turkmenistan has announced the deadline for submitting tax returns for 1H2020, Trend reports with reference to Turkmenportal Information Portal.
The date is set for both companies and individuals, the report says.
Thus, for entrepreneurs who are subject to the simplified tax system, the payment deadline is set until August 25, 2020.
For companies who are subject to the general taxation system, the payment deadline is set until September 1, 2020.
The deadline for payment of the tax declaration on personal income provided by companies and individuals is designated until August 10, 2020.
The country has a law on state support for small and medium-sized businesses, the purpose of which is to form the legal basis of state policy aimed at creating favorable conditions for the development of small and medium-sized businesses.
The activities of small and medium-sized businesses are financed from their own and borrowed funds, including funds from the state budget of Turkmenistan, loans and loans from commercial banks, mutual credit societies, credit unions, microfinance organizations, as well as from other sources not prohibited by the legislation of Turkmenistan.
