Azlanit concludes localization of electronic document turnover system

Azlanit concluded work over localization of electronic document turnover system LanDocs in Azerbaijani language, Azlanit Marketing department head Emil Erokhin told Trend .

LanDocs provides complex support to business processes in state and commercial organizations, ensuring automated support to fully vital circle of documents.

The system is based on national standards and norms of record keeping, existing registration experience and control over execution of documents.

The system has been realized with two architecture solutions: in two-element architecture "client-server" on the base of industrial data base management system of Oracle and Microsoft companies, as well as three-element architecture with WEB-server of amendments, ensuring remote access to system through Internet. LanDocs subsystem ensures use of electronic digital signature to confirm copyrights of users in the system and DI, carry out encoding confidential documents, issue, storage and report of user certificates in accordance with Х.509 standard.

Use of this subsystem enables to apply computerized non-paper system in record keeping and documents turnover.

According to Erokhin, Interface program is very simple for the majority and its application takes much more time as compared to similar products of other designers.

Presently, Azlanit is working over application of this system in governmental and private companies. A government project envisaging computerizing activities of more that 50,000 employees, including 8,000 administrative workers, will be the biggest project.
