Iran’s weekly consumption of gas oil surpasses 530 m liters

Iranians consumed 535 million liters of gas oil in a period of one week between July 16 - 22.

During the mentioned period, the highest level of consumption was registered on July 18 when consumers burnt 93.5 million liters of gas oil, SHANA news agency reported.

The lowest level of consumption was also registered on June 21, when 41.4 million liters of gas oil was consumed in the country.

On average, Iranians consumed 76 million liters of gas oil per day in the mentioned week.
This is while, Oil Minister Bijan Namdar Zanganeh said July 20 that the country’s gas oil consumption decreased by 20 million liters per day (ml/d).
