An earthquake measuring 4.0 on Richter scale has jolted Hidouch region in south-eastern province of Sistan and Baluchestan, southern Iran, IRNA reported.
According to the Seismological Center of the Geophysics Institute of University of Tehran, the quake took place at 09:34 AM (GMT+4:30) July 30.
The epicenter of the quake was registered 62.12 degrees longitude and 27.20 degrees latitude.
There were no reports on possible damage or casualties caused by the tremors.
