Returning of former Georgia’s permanent representative to UN to country postponed

return of the former permanent representative of Georgia to the United Nations
Irakli Alasaniya to the native land is put aside again. Alasaniya said to
journalists that he would arrive to Tbilisi on Dec. 23. "I will return Georgia very soon. I will in Tbilisi in the evening of Dec. 23", Alasaniya said and added that he would arrive in Georgia earlier than Santa Claus.
The return of Alasaniya to Georgia remains the main theme of political and public circles in the country. Some Georgian experts and policies speak about the possible election of Alasaniya to the presidential post and predict success in the political arena.
On Dec. 21 Alasaniya celebrated 35 years and now he can stand as a candidate to the presidential post of Georgia. By the Constitution of Georgia, President cannot become the person, who is under 35 years.
After arrival in Tbilisi Alasaniya intends to meet with former Secretary of the Security Council of Georgia Kakhoy Lomaya .
