In January to June the surplus of the public budget made up 0.2 of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), or 40.6bn manats, Trend reports.
Over the first half year the public budget incomes made up 4562.7bn manats, or 36.2% up as compared to 2004.
In this period the public budget expenses made up 4522.1bn manats, 44.5% more than 2004.
