12 people have perished since the beginning of the beach season in Azerbaijan, Trend reports with reference to the statement of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
3 out of them have perished in beaches and 9 in prohibited zones. Thus, three of the nine people have died in the sea in National Park of Baku. Besides, the rescuers have rescued the lives of 69 people since the beach season started.
The Ministry of Emergency Situation warns the citizens having a rest in sea not to jeopardize their lives, not to swim in bad weather situations and use the beaches having rescue service.
