Azerbaijan, Baku, September 22 / Trend M. Aliyev /

Radical transformations are required to stabilize the situation in the Caucasus, Mubariz Ahmedoglu, the Center for Political Innovation and Technologies director said.

"These changes must affect primarily Armenia. Russia must really take the policy pursued by Armenia. Russia must include Armenia and assume all the responsibility falling to this country. It is dangerous for the region. It is not able to pursue independent policy, " Mubariz Ahmedoglu, director of the Centre for Policy Innovation and Technologies said at a press conference organized within "Karabakh hour" project.

Ahmedoglu thinks that the second important issue in the Caucasus is a question of territorial integrity.

"Sooner or later Russia will be forced to admit it. So, Russia must make the relevant statements now. The third issue is that Azerbaijan must inform the Arab countries about the religious processes in the North Caucasus," Ahmedoglu said.
