A resolution by Azerbaijan on opening of direct flights with the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) is a bold step, Sardar Denktash, the Northern Cyprus Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, told journalists.
В"It was a courageous resolution. Many countries also wanted to take similar step, but refused due to threats of the world community and the Greek Cyprus,” he underlined.
According to Denktash, the resolution will enable to lift the economic blockade of the Northern Cyprus and different countries will be able to open flights with the TRNC. В"They can be countries of the Central Asia, Europe, Pakistan, and Iran and ПакисС'ан,” he stressed.
