It is not necessary to replace the staff of Central Election Commission (CEC) today, Trend reports quoting MP Sabir Gadjiyev, head of Civil Unity Party (CUP) Opposition and head of OSCEs Baku office Maurizio Pavesi suggested reformation of CEC.
Head of CUP said no document had been submitted to the parliament to date regarding reformation of CEC, and it is untimely to speak of it. В"Each regulation, including Election Code, may be revised, but not todayВ", - Gadjiyev said. CECs staff change is not so a principal matter, he added.
Gadjiyev said also it is incorrect to treat this matter in a view of commission members affiliation.
